- The Quality Policy and the core principles of quality assurance.
- The structure and operation of the IQAS (e.g., roles and responsibilities of MODIP, OMEA).
- Descriptions of core processes, such as:
- Program evaluation and review (undergraduate/postgraduate/doctoral)
- Internal evaluation cycles
- Strategic planning and goal-setting
- Monitoring of quality indicators
- Collection and analysis of stakeholder feedback (students, alumni, etc.) - Quality indicators and monitoring tools.
- Mechanisms for review and continuous improvement.
- Alignment with the ESG (European Standards and Guidelines) for quality assurance in the EHEA.
The Quality Manual:

- Demonstrates compliance with HAHE and ESG requirements.
- Acts as a tool for accountability, transparency, and internal communication.
