Procedure 01.01: Strategic Planning

Steps:

  1. Data Collection and Mapping of Current Status - Other Tools
  2. Preparation of a Strategic Plan/Quality Strategy Proposal by the competent unit (cooperation with MODIP)
  3. Transmission of a Strategic Plan Proposal to the Competent Bodies 
  4. Approval of a Strategic Plan
  5. Posting of a Strategic Plan on the Foundation's Website
  6. Program Agreement (Law 4653/2020) 
  7. Implementation of Actions/Objectives by the competent units
  8. Monitoring of the Implementation of a Strategic Plan/Quality Strategy by the competent unit in cooperation with MODIP
  9. Review of the Implementation of the Strategic Plan/Quality Strategy by the competent unit (cooperation with the MODIP)
  10. Feedback on the Strategic Plan by the competent unit
  11. MODIP - IQAS Review (Process 3) according to the findings of the Strategic Plan Review

Parties involved: Administration, Strategic Planning Unit, Senate, MODIP, stakeholders

Frequency:

  • Strategic Planning (at least 4 years)
  • Conclusion of a Program Agreement
  • Annual Strategic Planning Review
  • EDP Annual Review
