The objective of the process is to create the appropriate conditions for the fulfillment of the mission and the achievement of the objectives of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, regarding the uninterrupted provision of the required infrastructure and facilities, logistical means, human resources, financial resources and systems to meet the needs of education, research and innovation and the academic activities of the University in general.
The successful implementation of the process is expected to ensure the necessary funding, the required logistical infrastructure, the appropriate working environment and to develop human resources to meet the needs for the effective execution of the system processes.
