Procedure 02.01: Human Resource Management

The allocation and management of the Foundation's human resources to meet its needs is carried out in accordance with the existing legal framework, the internal regulations of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the decisions of the competent bodies and services.

Steps:

  1. MODIP – Provision of data on the distribution of human resources to the Administration on an annual basis, according to the quality data of OPESP and data of the other information systems of the Institution. 
  2. Competent Units – Academic, research and service units submit (upon invitation of the Administration) relevant data and data
  3. Management - Mapping of human resources needs, taking into account strategic planning. 
  4. Administration – Submission of relevant suggestions regarding human resources
  5. Board of Directors/Senate – Human Resources Decisions
  6. Disclosure of Decisions 
  7. Competent Units/MODIP – Technical processing of decisions and supply of Information Systems of the Institution and OPESP. 
  8. Implementation of Decisions 
  9. Competent Units – Decision Monitoring 
  10. MODIP - IQAS Review (D.3) according to the findings 
  11. Strategic Planning Feedback from a competent unit

Parties involved: Administration, Rector, Vice-Rector of Administrative Services, Senate, Directorate of Administration, Academic, Research and Administrative Units, Strategic Planning Unit, MODIP.

Frequency: The allocation and management of human resources is a repetitive process, which takes place at regular intervals, as well as in exceptional cases depending on the needs of the Foundation.
