1. UNITS - Notification of candidates for the swearing-in ceremony
2. MODIP/UNITS – Valuation
3. MODIP – Data Collection
4. MODIP/OMEA – Analysis of Evaluation Results
5. OMEA – Presentation of the Report with the Results of the Evaluation of Studies
6. OMEA-Informing students with results and planning of improvement actions (D.03.02)

Parties involved: MODIP, academic units, OMEA, senior students

Frequency: Evaluation of Studies for graduates, three times a year, before the graduation ceremony
