The management of the Institution's information systems to meet its needs is carried out in accordance with the internal regulations of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the decisions of the competent bodies and services.
Steps:
- MODIP – Provision of data regarding information systems to the Administration on an annual basis, in accordance with the quality data of OPESP and data of the other information systems of the Institution
- Competent Units – Academic, research and service units submit (upon invitation of the Administration) relevant data and data
- Management - Mapping of needs in information systems, taking into account strategic planning
- Digital Governance Committee – Submission of relevant recommendations regarding information systems
- Board of Directors – Decisions on Information Systems
- Disclosure of Decisions
- Digital Governance Unit/Competent Units/MODIP – Technical processing of decisions and supply of Information Systems of the Institution and OPESP.
- Implementation of Decisions
- Digital Governance Unit/Competent Units - Decision Monitoring
- MODIP - EDP Review (D.3) according to the findings
- Strategic Planning Feedback from a competent unit
Parties involved: Administration, Rector, Foundation Council, Senate, Digital Governance Committee, MPD, CID, academic, research and administrative units, Strategic Planning Unit, MODIP.
Frequency: The management of information systems is a repetitive process, which is carried out at regular intervals, as well as in exceptional cases depending on the needs of the Institution.
