Procedure 05.01: Collection, Analysis of Quality Data & Reports

MODIP collects data automatically from information systems or databases of the Institution's service and academic units, such as the information system of the secretariats (student register), the institutional repository of the central library, the database of the Foundation's staff and the information system of the ELKE. Additional data are recorded in the Quality Management System of MODIP and in OPESP.

Steps:

  1. MODIP – Information of Units regarding quality data (Instructions, clarifications, registration, etc.)
  2. Competent Units – Registration of quality data 
  3. MODIP – Quality Data Collection
  4. MODIP – Quality Data Control (Completeness, Correctness, Coherence)
  5. MODIP – Quality Data Corrections
  6. MODIP – Quality Data Processing
  7. MODIP – Submission of OPESP Reports / Submission of Performance Report
  8. MODIP – Posting of OPESP reports/Performance Report on the MODIP website
  9. MODIP – Analysis and evaluation of quality data utilizing data and information from OPESP, the Achievement Report, the Efficiency Indicators and/or other information systems and sources
  10. MODIP – Compilation/Issuance of Reports (OPESP, Performance Indicators, EDP Process Efficiency Indicators) 
  11. MODIP – Management Information  
  12. MODIP – EDP Feedback

Parties involved: Administration, MODIP, academic, research and administrative units, OMEA, HAHAE

Timetable:

  • Data Collection on an Annual Basis 
  • Submission of OPESP on an annual basis, on a date announced by the HAEAE
  • Submission of a Performance Report on an annual basis, on a date announced by the Ministry of Education
  • Annual reports
