Certification is an ongoing process, the next stage of which includes the process of drafting an action plan in relation to the recommendations recorded in the Certification Report and the continuous monitoring of the results of these actions. This process ensures that the progress required under the recommendations of the recent certification will be made and that the preparation and documentation for the next certification process will start immediately.

- Unit – Processing of the Certification Report and Drafting of an Action Plan
- Unit - Submission of an Action Plan to MODIP
- MODIP – Action Plan Review and Sending Comments to the Unit
- Unit – Monitoring of the Implementation of the Action Plan and Results, in collaboration with MODIP
- Unit – Preparation of a Monitoring Report
- Unit – Submission of a Monitoring Report to the MODIP
- MODIP – Submission of a Monitoring Report to the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce
- Modip/Unit – Procedure D.04.01 Internal Evaluation and D.03.02 Corrective Actions and Suggestions for Improvement

Frequency:
- Whenever a Unit/Unit Certification is carried out (the Monitoring Report is submitted to the HAAE two years after the issuance of the Certification Decision)
- Results tracking is a continuous process that takes place throughout the certification period. On an annual basis, an evaluation of the results of the Action Plan and any necessary corrective actions is carried out. MODIP reflects the precedents in the annual internal evaluation.
